Stop Saying Your Body Is Falling Apart

If you’ve ever wondered why some prayers feel powerful while others feel stuck, Pastor Linda Budd brings a direct, no-frills perspective that will challenge how you think about healing, faith, and the words you speak over your body. Linda pastors at Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and she takes scripture literally when it calls believers to lay hands on the sick and expect recovery.
We walk through her years of pursuing what she calls a healing anointing, plus the way she prays for real needs like pain, disease, and chronic sickness. Along the way, she shares a candid testimony about a woman who rarely attends healing services and arrives with obvious unbelief, and Linda admits what many leaders won’t say out loud: sometimes the atmosphere of doubt affects everyone, including the person doing the praying. That story opens up a practical conversation about consistency, faith, and why hopeless self-talk can sabotage expectation.
You’ll also hear Linda’s emphasis on “declare and decree” prayers, submitting to the word of God, and holding to the belief that healing comes from Jesus while sickness comes from the devil. If you’re searching for Christian healing prayer, faith declarations, Bible-based healing teaching, and encouraging testimonies, this is a focused listen with a clear challenge: align your speech and your persistence with what you believe God promised. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway.

Pastor Linda's Healing Ministry Introduction
Linda BuddHi, I'm Linda Budd. I'm a pastor at Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And I take the scriptures literally that says that we are to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. And so for several years I've gone after a healing anointing. I've prayed for people dozens of times over the years, and I see so many get healed. I've seen all manner of sickness and disease healed. If you have any pain in your body, if you're infirmed, if you have any disease, if you have any sickness at all, I just reach my hand up to heaven right now in the name of Jesus and I call forth the new body part that you need. Listen to this testimony. There's a woman that has so many different things wrong in her body, and she doesn't come very often to sit in a healing service. She's not consistent. But when she comes, there's just total unbelief on her. You can feel it and you can see it. And so she came, and in my mind, I knew she wasn't going to get healed. Probably I didn't have any faith for her because of what I see. And uh she doesn't have any faith. And so when I asked her what was wrong with her, she couldn't even name off one thing. She just wanted to say, My whole body's falling apart. First of all, I've got to tell you that if you want to be healed, you do have to submit yourself to the word of God. You have to submit yourself to constant healing services sometimes. You've got to be in a place of faith, and you can't give declarations about yourself that everything is wrong. The Bible says, declare a thing and decree a thing, and it shall be established. And we must decree over our lives that we are being healed. And remember that all healing comes from Jesus and all sickness comes from the devil. Therefore, don't take it and just rise up and say, I'm gonna do whatever I need to do to go after God until I receive my healing. He died on the cross for it. I know I'm already healed. Now I just need it to manifest in Jesus' name. Aren't these just great testimonies of the goodness of God and the healing power of Jesus Christ? If you are interested in having me come and speak at the motivational event, your church, or a conference of some sort, I am more than happy to consider that invitation. Please contact my church's office, Rivergate Church Tulsa, 918 492 5511, and we'll see if we can set something up. God bless you.
