I Have Seen People Healed By Laying On Hands

Hereditary sickness can feel like a life sentence, especially when the same diagnosis shows up again and again in a family line. We lean straight into that tension and talk about what it means to pray as if “it stops with me” is actually possible, even when fear and history say otherwise. 

I’m Linda Budd, a pastor at Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I share why I take the Scriptures literally about laying hands on the sick and seeing them recover. Hi, I'm Linda Budd. I'm a pastor at Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And I take the scriptures literally that says that we are to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. And so for several years I've gone after a healing anointing. I've prayed for people dozens of times over the years, and I see so many get healed. I've seen all manner of sickness and disease healed. If you have any pain in your body, if you're infirmed, if you have any disease, if you have any sickness at all, I just reach my hand up to heaven right now in the name of Jesus and I call forth the new body part that you need. Listen to this testimony. My friend who works with me in Encounters Healing Service stood up and said, had a word of knowledge for pain in the temple area near the eye. And a woman lifted her hand and she said, I just had skin cancer removed there. She said, But it's hereditary, and people in my family keep having it come back. And I said, You walk on up here because my friend is going to declare some things over you, and you will never get cancer there again. And so they began to do that and declare that the power of God was changing that, that they were being delivered. This woman was being delivered from this hereditary disease of cancer that always grows right near the eye. And I heard name one, seven three-nine, this will not happen a second time. I want to tell you that if cancer runs in your family, if there's a hereditary condition of it, I want to tell you in the name of Jesus that that is broken now. That cycle is broken now, and that hereditary disease is broken now. And I say to you in the name of Jesus, this thing will not come upon you and it will not happen a second time in Jesus' name. Aren't these just great testimonies of the goodness of God and the healing power of Jesus Christ?
