If you’ve ever wondered what “laying on of hands” sounds like when someone truly expects healing, you’re about to hear it. We sit with Pastor Linda Budd from Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as she shares why she takes scripture literally and why she’s spent years pursuing what she calls a healing anointing. Her tone is simple and direct: pray in the name of Jesus, believe for recovery, and watch for real change in real people.
We move from conviction to practice as Linda prays for anyone listening with pain, sickness, disease, or physical limitation, even asking God for the specific help a person needs. Then she tells a striking Christian healing testimony about a new woman at church who was struggling on multiple fronts, including Bell’s palsy. Linda describes praying and seeing the facial condition improve, then later praying for the woman’s heart in her office and hearing that it was healed too.
The conversation doesn’t stay only on physical healing. It turns toward mental health and spiritual weight as Linda talks about major depression, bondage, and what she calls a spirit of heaviness. You’ll hear the kind of deliverance prayer language that some faith communities use and the way she frames freedom as something Jesus actively gives. If you’re searching for faith healing, prayer for depression, Christian testimonies, or what Rivergate Church Tulsa believes about healing, this is a clear, unfiltered listen. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review with your biggest question or takeaway.

Linda's Healing Ministry Introduction
Linda BuddHi, I'm Linda Budd. I'm a pastor at Rivergate Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. And I take the scriptures literally that says that we are to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. And so for several years I've gone after a healing anointing. I've prayed for people dozens of times over the years, and I see so many get healed. I've seen all manner of sickness and disease healed. If you have any pain in your body, if you're infirmed, if you have any disease, if you have any sickness at all, I just reach my hand up to heaven right now in the name of Jesus and I call forth the new body part that you need. Listen to this testimony. We have a new lady that's been coming, and she's struggling with so many different things. She had Bell's palsy on the side of her face, and we prayed for her, and that got healed. And uh I went to her office and I prayed for her heart, and her heart got healed. But she's struggling with major depression, and so we were breaking that off of her, and there was a word about bondage and old covenants and unclean spirits, and we got all of that off of her, and it just really felt like she got freer. She then reported in the next few days to one of her friends that we know that she was just feeling so much better. If you are struggling with depression, in the name of Jesus, I take authority over that bondage and I command it to come off of you. I command that spirit of heaviness to come off of you and go where Jesus sends it. Aren't these just great testimonies of the goodness of God and the healing power of Jesus Christ? If you are interested in having me come and speak at the motivational event, your church, or a conference of some sort, I am more than happy to consider that invitation. Please contact my church's office, Rivergate Church Tulsa, 918 492 5511, and we'll see if we can set something up. God bless you.
