A Prayer For A Woman Facing Divorce And Pain
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
She walks in looking for a new church, but what we really see is a woman running low on hope. We can tell she’s carrying something heavy, and when she shares that her marriage is ending in divorce, the sadness makes sense. Then the details keep coming: new knees, a left hip, a long list of needs, and a body worn down after a terrible fall from a horse. She’s already been through 11 surgeries. It’s the kind of story that makes you wonder how anyone keeps going.
We lean into what we know to do in moments like this: we pray. And while we can’t claim a neat, instant finish to her healing journey, we do start to see something real change. Her posture shifts. Her face softens. It looks like hope returns. For anyone living with chronic pain, repeated medical procedures, or the emotional weight of family breakdown, that spark of hope is not small. It can be the first step toward moving again, trusting again, and asking God for help again.
We also talk about faith healing in a practical way through scripture and daily confession. We point to Isaiah 53:5 and 1 Peter 2:24, and we encourage a simple rhythm: keep reading the Bible, keep applying it, and keep declaring, “I am healed by the blood of the Lord.” If you’re hurting in your body, your marriage, or your mind, let this be a short, focused reminder to grab hold and keep pressing.
Subscribe for more, share this with someone who needs hope today, and leave a review that tells us what “grabbing hold” looks like in your life.

Injuries, Surgeries, And Deep Pain
Prayer That Brings Back Hope
Standing On Isaiah And Peter
Linda BuddA lady came who said she was looking for the a new church and she'd been there before. And I knew that she was a sad lady. I knew that her she and her husband were getting a divorce. I asked her what she needed to be healed up, and she needed new knees and she needed a left uh hip, heel, and so forth. She said she'd been through 11 surgeries. She fell off a horse and got hurt really, really bad. And she just seemed like a very sad person. Well, we began to pray for her, and we began to see things change in her. And though I can't say she was totally healed, God began to move upon her, and it looked like some hope came back on her. And I hope that she began to get new knees and uh and a new hip and all these things, but I don't know for sure. But I hope that she'll keep pressing me and I hope she'll keep reading the scriptures and applying them, and I hope she'll keep declaring I am healed by the blood of the Lord. And uh I Isaiah 53 5 says you're already healed. And 1 Peter 2 24, we are healed already. And so grab a hold, grab a hold if that's you. You've got to grab a hold. And so I want to encourage you with that now in Jesus' name.
